If you are struggling to figure out what to get someone in your family or friends and they enjoy gardening, let me suggest a wonderful garden planter that I recently bought. It is cast aluminum with a beautiful weathered verdigris finish. It is also 14 inches wide and 5 inches high with a diameter of 11 inches so it is large enough to plant a good sized plant yet still small enough to fit on most shelves and or a side table. This planter is elegant in its simplicity and can be used as easily inside as out. The aluminum makes a great sturdy container and you don’t have to worry about it getting broken like you do the glass and clay planters.
The beauty about giving a planter or flower pots to your gardening loving friends and family is they never have enough of them. Every year most people go out and purchase more because plants have either outgrown current planters or pots or they have gotten broken in the process of planting and moving them from place to place. It’s the one gift you can give that you will know they need.
